Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists have given residents of Kukawa LGA notice to quit their communities or face death from the terror group. This is coming barely four days after the terrorist group killed fifteen fishermen in the Tumbun Rogo community. A resident, who escaped from his community to Maiduguri, the State capital, three hours after receiving the threat, revealed this to  newsmen yesterday.
