Gov. Dapo Abiodun of Ogun, on Monday, directed security agencies in the state to rid Sagamu and its environs of cultists and cult-related activities in the state. The Ogun Police Command has confirmed the arrest of nine suspected cultists following the killing of eight persons over the weekend in Sagamu as rival cult groups clashed. The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Oyo State Command, has arrested a 21-year old armed robbery suspect with a a locally-made gun and four live cartridges.
