The World Health Organisation (WHO) says the Republic of Benin, Liberia and Sierra Leone have launched a large-scale rollout of the life-saving malaria vaccine targeting millions of children across the three West African nations. The new General Officer Commanding (GOC), 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Bamidele Alabi, has charged the troops under its formations to always exhibit discipline on duties. The World Bank on Friday announced the appointment of Cyndo Obre as the new International Finance Corporation (IFC) representative in Benin.
