The Federal Government has launched an investigation into allegations of ticket racketeering on the Abuja-Kaduna train services, following numerous passenger complaints. The Nigerian Railway Corporation, (NRC), has affirmed that it would soon offer rail services to transport cattle from the northern region to the southern part of the country. The Nigerian Railway Corporation, (NRC), has announced that it will launch electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) on its standard gauge network next week.
