Nigerian Army troops of Sector 2 Joint Task Force under ‘Operation Ha?in Kai’ have arrested one Yusuf Saleh, a suspected Boko Haram fertilizer supplier. He was apprehended at Bayamari village in Geidam Local Government Area of Yobe State. Troops went after him following credible intelligence, according to Army spokesman, Brigadier General Onyema Nwachukwu. Thirty-eight 50kg bags of urea were recovered from Saleh, who is being interrogated by investigators. A former Provost-Marshal of the Nigerian Army, Major General Hassan Ahmed, has been assassinated in Abuja.
