The Kano Zone of ASUU has expressed concern over alleged intimidation and threats against some of its officials by the management of the Kaduna State University (KASU). The Coordinator, Abdulkadir Muhammad, expressed the consternation in a statement issued on Tuesday in Kaduna. ASUU strike: KASU orders students, lecturers to resume classes

The Kaduna State University, (KASU), on Wednesday, ordered students and academic staff members to resume full academic activities on May 9, 2022. This is even as the Academic Staff Union of Universities, (ASUU), continues its strike. In an issued circular, dated April 26, and signed by its Academic Secretary, Abdullahi Zubairu, the school management directed all students and lecturers of the institution to resume academic activities. Kaduna Varsity bans students from protesting school fees hike

The Kaduna State University, (KASU), yesterday banned its students from protesting against the hike in school fees in the institution. In a statement issued yesterday, the University Registrar, Samuel Manshop urged the parents of fresh and returning students of the 2020/2021 academic session to sign an undertaking that they will not allow the students to protest against the recent hike in tuition fees. Kaduna State University suspends academic activities for undergraduates

The Management of the Kaduna State University,( KASU) has announced the suspension of academic activities indefinitely. The management, who made the announcement in a bulletin signed by the University’s Registrar, Samuel S. Manshop, explained that the suspension only affects undergraduate students of the institution.
