The Federal Government has revealed that the proposed Abuja-Lagos highway will be completed in four years. Minister of Works, David Umahi, disclosed this in a press conference on Friday. According to him, driving from Lagos to Abuja will take 4 hours on the highway. He also said the road will be made solely with concrete, adding that it is cheaper than asphalt. Kidnapping: “We’ll install CCTV cameras on all major highways” – Police Affairs Minister
The Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Dingyadi, says efforts are on to install Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras on all major highways across the country, to curb the rising cases of kidnapping.
