Former governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has reportedly been hospitalised in Paris, France, after falling ill.
However, contrary to speculations, he has not been diagnosed with COVID-19, as according to reports, he tested negative for COVID-19 before travelling to the UK in December.
His spokesperson, Tunde Rahman, has denied that the APC stalwart is down with COVID, saying, “The story is inaccurate; the Asiwaju is healthy and does not have COVID-19”. According to him, the Tinubu initially complained of exhaustion and had travelled out to rest, adding that he was flown to Paris for medical attention at the weekend.
