President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has given his approval for the appointment of Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, (CCT).

The President also approved the appointment of Baffa ?an-Agundi as the new Director-General of the National Productivity Centre, (NPC).
A statement issued by Special Adviser to the President, (Media & Publicity), Ajuri Ngelale yesterday, said ?an-Agundi is a former majority leader of the Kano State House of Assembly. He was also the Principal Registrar of the Kano State High Court of Justice.
Tinubu also appointed Silas Agara as the new Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment, (NDE). According to Ngalale, the National Directorate of Employment will be overhauled to combat unemployment in the country.
The statement said, “Agara is an entrepreneur and sports administrator, who previously served as the Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State. The President anticipates an overhaul of the NDE for optimal performance in designing and implementing programmes to combat mass unemployment in the country.
The President also appointed Umar Mohammed as the new Director-General of the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency, (NISHA). Ngelale, also made this known in a separate statement, titled: President Tinubu appoints new Director-General of the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency.
According to the statement, Mohammed is an architect, and also, a construction technology and environment professional.
It added, The President expects improved outcomes in the agencys objective of operating and maintaining hydrological stations nationwide, as well as carrying out groundwater exploration and monitoring using various scientific techniques in order to provide hydrological and hydrogeological data needed for planning, design, execution and management of water resources and allied projects.
