The Zamfara council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has confirmed the murder of a Voice of Nigeria (VON) correspondent, Hamisu ?anjibga. Niger: Man mistakenly stabs his mother to death while fighting with his wife

A man has been arrested after he mistakenly stabbed his mother to death at Zawiyya Tudun-Wada, Kontagora, Niger State. The man was reportedly fighting his wife when his mother stepped in to intervene.
