‘Lack of Nigerian National fleet behind non-employment of Seafarers Programme graduates’ NIMASA DG

The National Seafarers Development Programmes (NSDP) teeming cadets cannot be employed, according to the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), because no National fleets are available to take them on.
