The House of Reps committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) was thrown into a state unpleasant shock after Prof Kenebradikumo Daniel Pondei, acting Managing Director of NDDC slumped at the investigative committee hearing over an alleged N82.5 billion irregular expenditure in the NDDC. Pondei had been grilled for over an hour when he slowly slumped over his desk, appearing to faint.
