The House of Reps committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) was thrown into a state unpleasant shock after Prof Kenebradikumo Daniel Pondei, acting Managing Director of NDDC slumped at the investigative committee hearing over an alleged N82.5 billion irregular expenditure in the NDDC.
