Former Minister of State for Education, Chief Kenneth Gbagi, was on Wednesday declared wanted by the Delta State Police Command for allegedly failing to honour an invitation for formal interrogation into his alleged involvement in the recent dehumanizing treatment meted out to three young ladies and a man.
