The Kano Independent Electoral Commission, (KANSIEC) has issued Certificates of Return to the newly elected 44 Local Government Chairmen across the State. The certificates were issued by the Commission’s Chairman, Prof. Sani Malumfashi, yesterday. A Federal High Court sitting in Kano yesterday sacked the Chairman of the State’s Independent Electoral Commission (KANSIEC), Sani Malumfashi, for being a member of the ruling New Nigeria People’s Party, (NNPP).
