A Kano High Court, presided over by Justice Sunusi Ado Ma’aji, yesterday restrained the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun and the Police from arresting the Kano State Chairman of the Public Complaints and Anti Corruption Commission (PCACC), Muhyi Magaji Rimingado.
