The proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) said its members would begin peaceful protests across the ‘Biafra’ land today. According to a statement issued by the spokesman of the pro-Biafra group, Emma Powerful, the protest, scheduled to hold in Benin, Enugu, Aba, Abakaliki, Umuahia, Nnewi, Uyo, Calabar, Onitsha and among others states is as a result of the killings, destruction and burning of private properties across ‘Biafraland’. IPOB hoodlums set Ziks statue Ablaze in Anambra
Some unknown groups of suspected IPOB hoodlums in Onitsha, Anambra state, have destroyed the statue of Nigerias first president Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, erected in the city. The hoodlums are suspected to be some of those who hijacked the #EndSARS protest to wreak havoc in the city and beyond.
