Nineteen Fulani herders have been slaughtered by suspected members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the Igbariam community of Oyi local government area of Anambra State. The alleged leader of the militia arm of Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB), Ikonso Commander, has been killed in a joint operation between operatives of the police, Department of State Services, (DSS) and the Army in Imo State yesterday.
