Former Kaduna State governor, Nasir el-Rufa’i, on Wednesday appeared before two separate courts in Kaduna to face allegations of financial misconduct, abuse of office and money laundering brought by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
