The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja yesterday dismissed the appeal filed by the All-Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi State and its governorship candidate, former Governor Mohammed Abubakar, against Gov. Bala Mohammed, of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP).
