Kano State Police Command has banned Durbar activities during the forthcoming Eid-el-Kabir (Sallah) celebrations in the State. A statement issued yesterday by the State’s Commissioner of Police, Usaini Gumel, noted that the ban became necessary in order to sustain the peace by the Police Command in conjunction with all the relevant security stakeholders.
