Kaduna State Governor-elect, Senator Uba Sani, Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe yesterday joined other eminent Nigerians to a public book presentation on outgoing Governor, Nasir el-Rufa’i. The book, titled: “Putting People First: The El-Rufa’i Years”, was written by Emmanuel Ado.
