Kaduna state governor, Uba Sani has appointed the Group General Manager of Liberty TV, Engr. Balarabe Muhammad Bello, as Honourary Counsellor on Infrastructure, in what the Kaduna State Government described as part of efforts to accelerate its transformative governance agenda.

The appointment, announced alongside several other strategic appointments approved by the governor, places Engr. Bello at the forefront of the administration’s infrastructure advisory and development drive.
According to the statement, the appointments are aimed at deepening good governance and bringing experienced professionals and innovative leaders into key positions to support the administration’s developmental goals.
Reacting to his appointment, Engr. Balarabe Bello expressed gratitude to Allah and thanked Governor Sani for the confidence reposed in him. “I want to sincerely thank the Almighty Allah SWT for this day as well as show my appreciation to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of our dear Kaduna State, Malam Uba Sani, (CON), for finding me worthy of serving as his Counsellor on Infrastructure”, he stated.
He pledged total loyalty and commitment to supporting the governor’s developmental vision for Kaduna State. “I would like to assure His Excellency and the good people of Kaduna State of my determination to serve with total loyalty and dedication towards helping our governor with the good work he is doing in repositioning our state to greater heights”, Bello added.
He also appreciated friends, associates and well-wishers who sent congratulatory messages following the announcement of his appointment.
Aside Engr. Bello’s appointment, the governor also named Ɗanlami Adamu as Special Adviser on Peace and Conflict Resolution; Hon. Esther Ashievelli Dawaki as General Manager of the Kaduna State Community and Social Development Agency; and Hon. Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi, as Special Adviser on Political Matters, amongst others.
The Kaduna State government said the appointees are expected to deploy their wealth of experience and expertise in delivering effective service to the people of the state.
Governor Sani congratulated the new appointees and urged them to uphold transparency, integrity and dedication in the discharge of their responsibilities. The administration reiterated its commitment to transforming Kaduna State through policy-driven leadership, innovation and people-oriented governance.
