The United Arab Emirates, (UAE), has reversed the ban earlier placed on foreign airlines from accepting passengers from Nigeria and Congo which took effect on Monday, December 13, Daily Sun has learned. As the diplomatic row between the United Arab Emirates, (UAE), and Nigeria deepens, the UAE yesterday has barred all airlines from conveying Nigerian passengers to the country. Among these airlines are Egypt Air, Air France, KLM, Ethiopian Airlines, Rwanda Air and Etihad. Emirates airline again suspends flights to Nigeria

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) national carrier, Emirates, has announced a suspension of flights to and from Nigeria until November 30. The airline, in a statement posted on its website, said customers who have been to or connected through Nigeria in the last 14 days will not be permitted on any Emirates flights. “Affected flight bookings have been cancelled”, it stated.
