The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), yesterday, shut the headquarters of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja, as earlier threatened at its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting last week. A Coalition of Civil Society Groups in Delta State have lambasted the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC for suspending its planned nationwide strike action which was billed to take place on Monday, September 28. The National Industrial Court has granted an interim order restraining the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC), from staging a strike on Monday September, 28 2020.
