Nigeria, Morocco, others sign MoU on $30bn pipeline

Nigeria, Morocco, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Benin, and Guinea, on Friday, signed four Memoranda of Understanding for the construction of the $30bn Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline Project at the Abuja headquarters of the Economic Community of West African States, (ECOWAS). Reps order probe into $12bn Trans-Saharan Gas Pipeline project

The House of Representatives, yesterday, took steps to address the prolonged construction of the $12 billion worth Trans-Saharan Natural Gas Pipeline project. The House urged the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Ltd, to provide updates on the implementation, fund utilisation and the current status of the project.
