The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has forecast haziness and thunderstorms across parts of the country from Sunday to Tuesday. In its weather outlook released on Saturday in Abuja, the agency predicted moderate dust haze in the northern region as from yesterday Sunday, with horizontal visibility expected to range between two kilometres and five kilometres. It also warned that visibility could drop to 1,000 metres or less in parts of Katsina, Kano, and Jigawa states during the forecast period.
