President Bola Tinubu, yesterday, held a private working lunch with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris, as his 10-day working leave entered its fifth day. Photographs released by the State House showed both leaders in a warm handshake before proceeding into the palace. Two people have been arrested after French President, Emmanuel Macron was slapped in the face by a man in a crowd today, during a public appearance. A video footage of the incident in south-eastern France shows a man in a green T-shirt and glasses shout: Down with Macronia in French, which is the battle cry of the French armies when the country was still a monarchy, before slapping the president in the face. Security for Macron quickly tackled the man to the ground, and moved the president away to safety.…
