President Buhari has approved the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri rail line. Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, disclosed this while briefing the virtual meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.
