Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Marine Engineers and Naval Architects, (NIMENA), Eferebo Sylvanus, has said that Nigeria’s maritime sector has the potential to generate over $40 billion annually if properly regulated and supported by robust research and development initiatives.
