Security agencies have accused some Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs), including oil companies and communities in the Niger Delta, of colluding to steal the country’s oil. Lagos Port Complex, Apapa, said it received the largest container carrier in its history with the berthing of a 300m length overall vessel, named: ‘Kota Cantik’ at the port.
