The House of Representatives says it is investigating the structure and accountability of the Joint Venture (JV) business and production sharing contracts of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Ltd. The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT), Musa Bello, has said that the on-going rehabilitation of the National Assembly (NASS) Complex would cost the sum of N30.222 billion.
