Kaduna state governor, Senator Uba Sani, has launched the Kaduna state emergency medical services and ambulance system, (KADSEMSAS). Speaking at the flag-off yesterday, Sani said the project guarantees citizens’ right to swift medical care, beyond simply deploying ambulances.
