Labour Party (LP)’s Interim National Chairman, Nenadi Usman, has welcomed the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja, which dismissed a suit filed by former party chairman, Julius Abure, against the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC). In a statement issued yesterday, Usman described the verdict in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/1523/2025 as a “profound relief” and a reaffirmation of the Supreme Court’s April 4, 2025 decision, which nullified Abure’s claim to the party’s leadership.
