Kogi Polls: “We’re investigating incident of forged results” — INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), said it has started investigation over the pre-recorded results sheet discovered in some polling units across Kogi State. The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Yahaya Bello as the Governor of Kogi State. In its Judgement delivered on Monday, the Apex Court disagreed with the appeal filed on five grounds by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Kogi Governorship Election, Musa Wada. The Supreme Court has issued notices scheduling the hearing of three appeals challenging the election of Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State for Tuesday.
