Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, has issued a seven-day ultimatum to Julius Berger to accept the Federal Governments offer of N740.79bn and complete the 82km section II of the Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria-Kano expressway. The Federal Government has taken delivery of the second Niger Bridge from the contractor, Julius Berger, seven months after it was inaugurated by the previous administration. Julius Berger shuts down operations over terror alert

Construction giant, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, has it will close all operations in the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT), Abuja, throughout the weekend over the travel advisory issued by the United States and United Kingdom on possible terror attacks in the FCT.
