Sudans ex-President to be handed over to ICC for prosecution for crimes against humanity

The Republic of Sudan says it will hand longtime leader Omar al-Bashir to the International Criminal Court, (ICC), along with other officials wanted over the Darfur conflict, its Foreign Minister, Mariam al-Mahdi said yesterday. The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, (ICC), has issued a preliminary determination to investigate Nigerian security forces over allegations of crimes against humanity and war crimes, the Agence France Presse (AFP) reported yesterday.
