The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) says residents should leave the purchase, repair or replacement of electricity equipment to the distribution companies, (DisCos). The Commission, in an statement on its social media handles on Sunday, said consumers are not expected to be involved in the purchase, repair or replacement of transformers, poles or other associated electricity equipment, unless where necessary. Electricity, Banking, Aviation top 2021 Consumer Complaint Chart – FCCPC

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, FCCPC, has said that electricity has again topped its 2021 consumer related complaints chart just like in 2020 stating that its joint committee tackling violation of consumer rights in the money lending industry will shut down illegal businesses at the commencement of its enforcement.
