The Young CEO Initiative has called for creation of a ministry for young entrepreneurs to stimulate the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria. The state Commander of the agency, Buba Wakawa, disclosed this in an interview on Monday with our correspondent in Benin City.
