The Federal Government has announced its readiness to deliver and complete phase three of the East-West Road, particularly the 15-kilometre dual concrete carriageway from Eleme to Onne in Rivers State. The Federal Government has released a total sum of N7 billion for the completion of the East-West highway dualisation projects. The Minister of State, Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Sen.
