A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the government of President Muhammadu Buhari to answer for how a $460 million Chinese loan was used to fund the failed Abuja Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) project. The Kaduna State High Court has nullified the revocation of Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) of Durbar hotel by the State Governor, Nasir el-Rufa’i.
