A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the government of President Muhammadu Buhari to answer for how a $460 million Chinese loan was used to fund the failed Abuja Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) project. The Federal Government has proposed to spend over N30 billion on the installation of an ‘Acoustal Sensing Security surveillance system for the Abuja (Idu)-Kaduna railway, including other items in the 2023 Budget.
