The Federal Government has scaled-up its National Cash Transfer Programme to reach 15 million vulnerable citizens, with the Oyo State Government intensifying efforts to ensure indigent residents benefit from the initiative. No fewer than 65,848 women have benefitted from the Kaduna State Governments Conditional Cash Transfer Scheme under the present administration, the State governor, Uba Sani has said.
