The National Orientation Agency, NOA Kaduna directorate has a new Director in the person of Alhaji Hamisu Abubakar who succeeds Alhaji Galadima Zubairu Soba. Soba retires after serving the agency for over three decades. Until his appointment in acting capacity, Abubakar was the Assistant Director Special Duties and Local Government operations in the state directory of the agency.
