The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dissolved its presidential campaign council (PCC) set up to undertake the just concluded presidential elections. The dissolution of the campaign council was contained in a statement issued by its director-general, Simon Lalong, and its secretary, James Faleke, on Saturday night. A Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified and set aside the Ward and Local Government congresses which was held on February 7 by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State. Justice James Omotosho voided the two congresses because they were not conducted in compliance with the Electoral Act 2022, and the Constitution of the APC.
