A lawyer, Donald Ayibiowu, has called on Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo not to make his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, a scapegoat over allegation preferred against him by the state house of assembly. Ondo State Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and Deputy Aiyedatiwa

A Federal High Court (FHC), Abuja, on Tuesday, restrained the Ondo State House of Assembly from impeaching the Deputy Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, over alleged gross misconduct. Justice Emeka Nwite gave the interim order in a ruling shortly after Aiyedatiwas counsel, Kayode Adewusi, moved the ex-parte motion to the effect.
