Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, has officially resigned from his position in President Bola Tinubu’s administration to pursue his ambition of contesting for the governorship of Oyo State. Adelabu, a former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, communicated his decision in a resignation letter dated March 26, 2026, addressed to President Tinubu, via the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
