There was pandemonium in Kuriga town, of Chikun local government area of Kaduna State, when bandits invaded LEA Primary School, Kuriga (1), and abducted dozens of pupils.
The number of persons abducted could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report , however, residents said they were about 100.
Recall that bandits on Tuesday night, shot dead a former General Manager of Jigawa State Housing Authority, Babangida Abubakar Sadeeq and two others.
The killing was said to occurred on Yalwandamai road, while the ex-government official was en-route Birnin-Kudu, his home town, after leaving his farm in Dutse, the Jigawa State capital.
