The First Lady, A’isha Buhari, has been rushed to an Abuja hospital (name withheld) after reportedly suffering a leg fracture at the weekend.
Detail of the incident leading to the injury is still sketchy as sources simply said “she fell down and suffered leg fracture”.
Prior to the incident, it was gathered the First Lady was billed to host a wedding reception in honour of the daughter of Nigerian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, UAE, Mohammed Rimi, Bilkisu, on Sunday night at the Presidential Villa.
According to sources, she however said may not attend the dinner.
The Office of the First Lady did not respond to inquiry at the time of filing this report.
