President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is to broadcast to the nation today Monday, June 12, 2023, to commemorate this year’s Democracy Day.
A release issued yesterday by the State House Director of Information, Abiodun Oladunjoye, said that the broadcast is scheduled for 7 am.
He advised television, radio stations, and other electronic media outlets to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
Recall that ex-president Muhammadu Buhari had moved Democracy Day from May 29th to June 12, in honour of the Late Moshood Abiola, the presumed winner of the then election.
